Walking tour: The industrial past of Tampere

This walking tour takes you to the banks of Tammerkoski rapids to hear more about the industrial past of Tampere! You will see the old factory areas of the Finlayson cotton mill, which once was the largest textile company in Finland, and the Tampella factory which merged the linen and metal industries. You will see a lot of beautiful old red-brick factory buildings and learn about their history and current use. The tour starts at the Old Church in the Central Square. Duration 1,5 hours or as agreed. The tour (theme, route, duration, starting point etc.) can also be tailored according to your wishes together with the guide.
