Just 50 kilometres from Tampere, in the centre of the town of Sastamala, stands Tyrvään Pappila, one of the most beautiful and sophisticated old parsonage buildings in Finland. Tyrvään Pappila combines delicious food, art and memorable events all year round. In the summertime, the lush terrace and the amphitheatre in our beautiful garden are also open.

The chefs at the Tyrvään Pappila restaurant serve their customers new flavours and trendy menus using the freshest ingredients of the day from the local producers. A meal in the beautiful old parsonage setting is always an unforgettable experience. The meal is completed by our characterful wines, which we import ourselves from small vineyards in Europe.

The building next to the main building, the old stone cowhouse of the parsonage, functions today as an exhibition and concert venue. We welcome everybody to enjoy great food and great art at Tyrvään Pappila! We are easily achievable by train or bus.
