Villa Niemelä with jacuzzi in Parikkala

Niemelä villa located Parikkala Melkoniemi lake Simpele east shore.
The villa has been renovated and well equipped modern holiday. The equipment is part of the mm. modern kitchen equipment, flat-TV (55) Wifi and municipal water.

There is the old farm granary and shed. During the summer can be in two granary sleep four people.
The beach is a separate wood-heated sauna. The sauna is a small dressing room and fireplace lounge.
The old stone barn corner of the summer kitchen equipment cooker, grill and smoke oven.
There are also plenty of mushrooms to forage.
We have the best and cheapest fishing boats in Finland, prices 70-120 euros per day + gasoline. The boats have a new 20 hp 4T engine, Lowrance Elite FS 9 echo sounder and Minnkota satellite anchor. Welcome to a fishing trip to Simpelejärvi or Saimaa. The fishing package includes ordered boats and gasoline delivered to the cottage pier. This year we have had fishermen from over 15 countries. Almost all have caught such big fish that they promised to come again next summer. The biggest pike Romania 110 cm, pike perch Poland 96 cm and perch Lithuania 45 cm
