Forest Café Rantasalmi

Forest Café is a cozy café located in Rantasalmi, Eastern Finland, near the well-known Nature Hotel& Spa Järvisydän resort. Surrounded by beautiful woodland scenery and rocks, it offers a peaceful escape into nature with fresh coffee, drinks from local brewery, homemade pastries, and light meals made with care. Visitors can relax in the quiet atmosphere, enjoy the charm of the Finnish outdoors, and even meet the café’s friendly alpacas, which make the experience truly unique.

We organize alpaca programs (alpaca walks, coffee times, open days and dates), beer tastings, seasonal happenings, coffee and lunch for small groups. Also wellbeing programs for work teams and wellbeing lessons such as yoga with alpacas.

Cyclists are welcome! There is a small bike service point at the Forest Café, where you can leave your bike for storage and charging. There are also a few tent sites in the yard, as well as a toilet and sauna as separate services.
