There are two menu options to choose from: the traditional christmas menu, which includes for instance forest mushroom salad, fish roe mousse, pickled vegetables, dill cured salmon, and casseroles, or the festive christmas menu, including for instance shrimp skagen, whitefish and grab terrine, rustic pâté, and rosepeppered salmon.

The weekends from November to December are nearly fully booked at our restaurants, but we may deliver our tasty menus to your office, sauna cabin, or other preferred venue.
