Breathing Space Nature Walk in Southern Konnevesi National Park

Southern Konnevesi National Park Sat 15.8.2026, 1-5 PM. Available also for groups at other times by request.
A leisurely and relaxing nature experience, where we will pause guidedly to connect with nature, do exercises to awaken your senses, and dive into exploring the outdoors.
You’ll get to experience restorative guided nature sessions along the route.

We’ll hike the Kalajankierros-trail, 4.6 km long.
The trail is challenging with some rocks, roots, and elevation changes, so good basic fitness is required. The trip is intended for those are over 15 years old.

Price includes:
A 4-hour restorative guided nature experience, a Teams meeting for participants on 2.8. at 7:00 PM, and a Whatsapp group where we’ll give more detailed instructions before the trip about gear, snacks, and the meeting point.
The price does not include accident insurance.
