At the heart of what we do are wine, food, and hospitality. We focus on creating memorable experiences for our guests by pairing wine and food in the most harmonious way possible, with the wine serving as the starting point in designing each dish.

We source our ingredients as locally as possible, while always staying true to the wine. Rather than strictly defining our cuisine within the food culture of any particular country or continent, we draw inspiration from classical French cuisine as well as Italian and Asian traditions—guided by the needs of the wine.

Our wines come from European small-scale producers through our own imports, and we value excellent quality-to-price ratio in every bottle.

With us, you don’t need to be a wine expert—you can confidently leave that role to us. We want you to relax and enjoy your evening without any unnecessary formality.
