Koli Under The Stars – Walk in The Darkness

Experience the magical landscapes of Koli National Park in the quiet of the night. A dark walk reveals the forest in a completely new way — deep darkness, silence, and a sky full of stars create an unforgettable atmosphere. On clear nights, we may even see the Northern Lights. The walk begins at the Nature Center Ukko and continues calmly across Koli’s peaks while the guide shares stories about Koli’s history and the significance of nature in Finnish cultural heritage. You will be provided with a powerful headlamp. The route includes elevation changes and offers a gentle sense of adventure without requiring prior experience. The tour stars after the sun has set.
