Festival X WIENIÄ! – An Evening of Piano With Alexander Malofeev

This summer Festival X presents a celebration of the piano with star-pianist Alexander Malofeev as part of the WIENIÄ! series of concerts in Mikaeli Concert House.

Malofeev has stabilized his position as one of the enduring stars of international music circles by performing at some of the most esteemed venues in the world. His debut performances at Wien Musikverein and New York city Carnagie Hall gathered praise from both critics and audiences. His exceptional talent has also charmed listeners at London’s Barbican Centre, Philharmonie de Paris and Berlin Konzerhaus among many others.

Malofeev’s performing style combines masterful technical skill with profound musical interpretation and uncommon poetic sensibility.
