Canoeing trip with SeastarEvents in River Hiidenjoki, Janakkala

In Kanta-Häme region, there are several great canoeing destinations and the sheltered River Hiidenjoki flowing in Janakkala offers a perfect opportunity to get to learn canoeing!

You don’t have to be an expert: our 2-seated open canoes are safe and steady, and we will give You thorough instructions before canoeing.

An extra seat, for example for a child, can be added to the canoe. Please let us know when booking if you need one.

We recommend bringing clothes suitable for the weather, something to drink, a hat and maybe sunglasses.

Location: Kiramontie 24, 14200 Janakkala (Turenki)
Price: 450 eur including 1-6 persons, additional persons 20 eur/person. Price includes guide services and all the equipment needed for canoeing.
Group size: 1 – 10 persons.
Meeting place: The parking lot of Ahilammi harbor at the end of Kiramontie, where there is also a covered fireplace.

Depending on the route, the canoeing distance is about 4-6 kilometers, and the routes are always planned taking the prevailing weather conditions into account.

Our canoeing trips can already be booked for the period between 1 May and 30 September 2027 and they are also excellent for first-timers!
