Wellness Weekend at Kakkaramäki, 23.-25.1.2026, in Kangasniemi

Welcome to a wellness weekend in January! During the weekend you will enjoy energetic Zumba sessions to the rhythm of Latin beats and Finnish hits, as well as gentle recovery exercises including body care and calming breathing practices for the nervous system.

In addition, you can experience the atmosphere of the old village school, relax in the traditional wood-heated sauna, take a bath in the hot tub, and savor delicious meals.

The weekend activities are led by Zumba instructor and recovery coach Katri Volkkila. Meals are prepared by Kakkaramäki’s chef Lari, and the school hostess Titta takes care of practical arrangements.

Price: 280 € per person (+€10 for special diets). The price includes full board with meals, accommodation in double rooms, the program, and bed linen.

Registration deadline: January 11. The weekend will be organized if there are at least 6 participants.
