Welcome to enjoy yoga practice at Varjola on summer evenings.
In good weather we spread the yoga mats outside and when it rains we go inside.
This practice is easy and suited for everyone. Increasing mobility and strength, relaxing your body and mind and breathing techniques that enhance relaxation and reduce stress are the key elements in the practice.
We look, listen – nature around us and our hearts inside us – we stop, we perceive, we breathe.
