Fitness testing experts have used the Vierumäki Testing Station for high-quality testing activities for decades. The accumulated test data provide an extensive basis for comparison, enabling us to compare the customer’s results with the reference values of their age group.

We retain old test data, so if you have visited us before, you will be able to track your progress compared to the previous test.

Our new facilities are located on the second floor of the Sports Hall. We also conduct running tests on an indoor running track with a newly-installed surface.

Our fitness tests will give you a comprehensive package of information about your fitness level and tools for improving your lifestyle and physical stamina.
