Sauna Ceremony – A Guided, Immersive Sauna Experience for Groups

The sauna ceremony is a guided, experiential sauna session designed for groups. The experience can be customized with various wellness elements according to your wishes, such as salt scrubs and honey treatments. Each participant enjoys gentle seated whisking and gets the chance to try sprinkling with different sauna whisks themselves.

In keeping with Finnish sauna traditions, we sing traditional sauna songs and chants together, adding atmosphere and a sense of togetherness. There is plenty of time reserved for cooling off and hydration to ensure a fully relaxing experience.
