Restaurant Villa Rana

Restaurant Villa Rana is situated in the beautiful University of Jyväskylä Campus area in a historic Art Nouveau building of Cultural Centre Villa Rana. The restaurant serves coffee, lunch and caters for groups of 1-100 people. For groups the restaurant can offer anything from a quick coffee stop to 3-course meal. Our speciality is vegetarian and vegan kitchen.

The terrace of the restaurant overlooks the university’s beautiful natural history gardens. While visiting the restaurant, you can also visit the exhibition at the Gallery Villa Rana, which presents art by young artists throughout the year. Besides the regular hours from Monday to Friday, the restaurant serves at most events held at the cultural centre, and organizes brunches, disco events and concerts.
