Lake Simpelejärvi is known for its perch, including impressive large specimens. When ice conditions are safe, you can start fishing directly from the shore of the villa. Spend peaceful days on the frozen lake and relax in a warm lakeside villa and Finnish sauna after fishing.

Villa Hiekkaranta is especially suitable for groups of up to eight anglers. The property has four bedrooms, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and a sauna. Its private lakeside location provides an excellent base for a winter fishing holiday.

Ice fishing weeks are available from January to March 2027.

Price: €1,050 per week for the entire villa.
