The gently sloping shore of the cottage’s sauna was once Molka’s fishing pool and a place for storing logs.

During the winter half of the year, large stacks of logs were piled up on the beaches, which in the summer were retrieved by water from the village. That is why, before the Molka was built, the site was home to lush wild wild raspberry bushes.

Molka’s cottage is a spacious, hand-built log cabin with a living room/kitchen, bedroom (double bed), bedroom (2 beds), semi-bedroom (3 mattresses, steep stairs to the loft), glazed porch, open terrace with furniture and parasols. Dry toilet. Barbecue shelter and chalet in the courtyard. Air source heat pump. Sauna with shower in summer, hot and cold running water, water from well. In winter, water is portable. Separate lakeside sauna, pier and boat.
