Evening Canoeing on Tourujoki

Tourujoki is one of the most popular canoeing routes in Jyväskylä. This guided and pre-scheduled canoeing excursion departs every Thursday evening in the summer. It’s also possible to take the tour self-guided at anytime (pre-agreed), according to a tailored timetable. After getting a short introduction to the paddling technique and hearing about water safety, the round tour will start. The guide will also share stories about local culture and history. The duration of the tour is about 2,5-3h and it’s suitable for anyone with basic swimming ability. Participants with need of special assistance please contact in advance for arrangements.
