In the dim and warm smell of smoke, your body is relieved of the extra burden and replaced by a feeling of rest and relaxation, but still energetic. Every smoke sauna is unique and has its own character. The story of the Kinkamo Smoke Sauna is told directly by the host couple, who will personally welcome you to the sauna, which has won two awards from the International Smoke Sauna Club. At the same time, you will receive a brief introduction to the smoke sauna culture. You’ll learn about the wood that the bear scratched when the sauna was built, and why the water in a smoke sauna is not thrown, but slowly poured onto the stones.

The Kinkamo area has been called the Lapland of Keuruu because of its warm atmosphere and beautiful nature. Before taking a sauna or bath, you can relax on the nearby nature trail, and for the little ones, there is a few hundred meters of elf trail. From the sauna, you can take a dip in Lake Poskijärvi or, in winter, in the refreshing open water. A sausage or other snack is also an integral part of the smoke sauna experience, which you can grill and enjoy in the cozy atmosphere of the Kinkamo grill hut.
