It is also appreciated as an unparalleled hiking destination. Or you can discover the sandy shores and coves of Lake Päijänne by gliding over its waters in on a boat or canoe. For sunbathing and swimming, you’ll find your heart’s desire at on the 700-metre-long natural sandy beach at Isohieta.
