Welcome to us! Karelian and international flavors with a creative twist in the Kirkkolahti harbor of Liperi. Artisan pizzas, pinsas and baked potatoes with our own recipes, for dessert syrniki or Karelian curd cakes with seasonal berries. On theme days, Karelian banquet tables and grilled delicacies from the charcoal grill. Vegan options are also available.

For coffee, Karelian pies with egg butter from local bakeries and specialty coffees. For drinks, lemonades from local producers and wines from the Valamo monastery. The whole family’s favorites are ice cream cones, soft drinks and portions.

The ingredients come from nearby and from nature. The new flavors have been conceived under the leadership of chef Pasi Venäläinen. Pasi is known for his precise sense of taste and his love for wild herbs and pure natural products. SUMMER has the Karelia a la carte label as a symbol of authenticity, hospitality and the preservation of Karelian food culture.
