As the deep darkness of late autumn descends, the boundaries between the human world and the afterlife fade away. On the retreat, we descend into the space between late autumn and early winter, where spirit guides whisper in the wind. The eternal rocky landscape that opens up to winter enchants with its beauty. Light a candle in the darkness and listen to the wisdom of light and shadows.
Come alone or with a friend to feel the energy of permissiveness and get to know your own wild power rising from the body, and to ignite the northern fire in your blazing heart. We perform beautiful magical Kekri rituals in honor of the last harvest, eat with gratitude and review the past year.
Mattila folk create up nutritious vegetarian dishes and sleep is sound after an evening sauna in the arms of the forest. Come and enjoy and experience the magic of life, a soulful weekend that renews, nourishes and brings inspiration for the coming winter.
The instructor is Meri Mort, who comes from Eastern Finland. She is experienced teacher and trainer, as well as an artist who illustrates and writes in the light of the moon.
