Restaurant Kopo brings a new culinary experience to Tampere at Hallituskatu 22. The kitchen is led by the highly regarded chef Pekka Koponen, whose extensive experience in top-tier restaurants forms a solid foundation for our operations. Koponen is also a skilled butcher, and his expertise gives the team the opportunity to utilize domestic meats in versatile ways. Kopo focuses especially on carefully selected meat dishes and dry-aged meats, all cooked over a wood-fired grill, imparting a unique smoky flavor.
