Before the sauna session, you can take a refreshing walk along a nature trail or explore the elf path with the little ones in the family. After the sauna, you can enjoy an invigorating dip in the lake – or in winter, plunge into the ice hole. You can prepare your sauna snacks at the lakeside kota shelter or at the Kinkamo lean‑to.

The dim light, soothing heat and subtle scent of smoke help your body and mind unwind. The Kinkamo smoke sauna is hand‑built by the host couple and has been awarded twice by the International Smoke Sauna Club. You will receive a short introduction to smoke‑sauna traditions and hear stories from the sauna’s construction – including how a bear once clawed the wood used for the building.

Thanks to its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful nature, the Kinkamo area is often called the “Lapland of Keuruu.” Your smoke‑sauna experience culminates in a shared moment by the fire, enjoying grilled sausage or other snacks in the kota or lean‑to – the perfect finishing touch to the experience.
