Theatre Mukamas

Theatre Mukamas is a professional puppet theatre in Tampere, founded in 1979. Its performances have brought shared experiences for children and adults. The theatre’s idyllic home stage is located in Pispala, Tampere. In addition to the home stage, the theatre visits kindergartens, schools, libraries, festivals and corporate events all over Finland.

International artistic cooperation is also part of The Theatre Mukamas’ activities. Every two even years, the theatre organises the MUKAMAS – International Puppet Theatre Festival in Tampere.
