Floating sauna experience on a saunaboat in Lake Päijänne

Welcome to enjoy the wood-heated igloo sauna experience to the floating sauna boat M/S Flamia, with breathtaking views of Lake Päijänne around you!

The sauna boat with glass walls and glass ceiling floats by the shore of Juurikkasaari, and you can easily dip into Lake Päijänne from the boat, the pier, or the sandy beach. During the summer season the igloo sauna heats up every Tuesday from May to September.

The igloo sauna is a mixed sauna, and swimwear is required.

You can purchase refreshing sauna drinks from the bar on the beach terrace upon arrival, or relax on the terrace after the sauna, enjoying cold beverages.

The sauna price is 25.00 € per person. Not recommended for children under 13 years old.

The facilities are available for free use during your sauna session, and include:

Toilet (+hairdryer)
1 shower (+shampoo and conditioner)
Changing room
Indoor lounge area
Deck terrace
If needed, you can rent a sauna towel from us for 5 €.
