Market Place on Thursdays in Simpele

Simpele has a traditional market place next to the town hall. We consider our market place to be the best in South Karelia. Market Day is on Thursdays all year round from 8am to 12pm. Especially in the summer time, the market often gathers a lot of people from further afield. During the summer, the market café is kept open by local associations.
