Spa and sauna experiences in Spa Rauhalahti in Kuopio

Spa Rauhalahti offer authentic Finnish sauna experiences, relaxing treatments and variety of restaurant services and many kind of activities and evening events – like typical Finnish orchestra dances – in one location. In the summer, you can enjoy drinks and different kind of menus in our summer terrace and cool yourself down by swimming in Lake.

It is easy to come to Spa Hotel Rauhalahti – it is only 5 km from Kuopio city centre. You can use direct local bus from the market place to the hotel yard.
In the spa there are 10 pools:
– Fitness pool (38ºC ) is length 25 m
– Multi-purpose pool (32ºC): hydro massage points (neck massage, foot-sole, back massage) and jacuzzi
– Outdoor pool (32ºC) is exciting experience especially in winter time.
– Hot pool (37ºC) and cold pool ( 7ºC).
– Two pools (34ºC) for little children. Their depth 15-30 cm.
– Water slide – fun for especially for kids! It is 23 metres, water 7ºC
– Two jaccuzis (35ºC)
– Two saunas: typical Finnish sauna (separately for men and women) and one common steam bath
– Inside the spa area and also in the spa lobby you can order drinks, ice-cream, burgers, snacks and café products.
You need some privacy? In the spa there is also a private sauna for max. 20 persons. It sis free entrance to the pools and it has its own cabinet for relaxing.
