Pilates retreat 23.-25.7.2025

A summer pilates retreat will be held at Kakkaramäki from July 23-25, 2025. The instructor for the retreat will be Leena Rihto. Leena has a Master’s degree in Health Sciences, is a physiotherapist, a BASI® Pilates mat and equipment instructor, and a yoga teacher certified by the Finnish Yoga Federation (SJL).

The retreat includes Pilates classes led by Leena, meals prepared by Kakkaramäki’s chef which are abundant and delicious, and accommodation in shared rooms for 2-4 people. In the evenings, you can relax in the warmth of the sauna and hot tub.

The price of 390 € per person includes the scheduled classes, full board with meals, accommodation, and bedding. The retreat will take place with a minimum of 6 participants.
