Pikkupiha is a fun, year-round destination for those who like rural peace and animals!
Our petting zoo is inhabited by miniature horses Lillin, Daisy and Into, mini donkeys Bella and Aiko, 5 sheep, 3 African miniature goats, Angora goats, one of which is a real unicorn, bunnies and guinea pigs, as well as ducks, chickens and turkeys in the summer. Our 2 llamas live in the large yard enclosure.
Pikkupiha Pupula is a separate building in the yard area where guinea pigs live all year round and also bunnies in the winter.
The yard area of the small yard is large and safe. In the yard area there is a ski track, you can try milking a cow and ride trail tractors. The yard area is safe, so parents can have a coffee in peace on the terrace of the yard area while the children linger around the yard.
In addition to the zoo, the little yard offers a variety of activities for children, which means that you should book a school, kindergarten or hobby group’s own excursion day separately for us.
In addition, Pikkupiha already has traditional events for the whole family at Easter and Halloween.
Cafe Mäyrä offers the best donuts and savory delicacies in the province.
In the yard of the Raudanmaa village hall, there is a skating rink in the winter, which is also freely available to visitors. We also have skating supports for the little ones. There is also a 4 km long field trail that starts from the yard area, which is also suitable for children’s skiers. Both the rink and the track are maintained by workers.
